摘要
以杜仲翅果籽粕为原料,利用微波辅助碱提法提取杜仲翅果籽粕蛋白质。在单因素的基础上,采用响应面试验设计,分别考察pH值、料液比、微波功率、微波时间对蛋白质提取率的影响。结果表明,微波辅助碱提杜仲翅果籽粕蛋白最佳工艺条件为pH 9.5,料液比1∶22(m∶V),微波功率305W,微波时间246s,在该条件下的蛋白质提取率为60.30%。
Taking Eueommia Key-fruit seed dregs protein as raw ma terial, the extraction of Eucommia Key-fruit seed dregs protein was studied by microwave assisted alkali extraction. On the basis of sin gle factor, the response surface experimental design, the effects was studied on the protein extraction rate, pH value, ratio of material to liquid, the microwave power, and extraction time. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for Eucommia Keyfruit seed dregs protein were; pH 9. 5, ratio of material to liquid 1 : 22(m : V), microwave power 305 W, microwave time 246 s, and in the conditions of the extraction rate of protein reached 60.30%.
