Exploration and Practice of the SE-CDIO Engineering Education Model

摘要 2004年,云南大学国家示范性软件学院开始研究并探索CDIO工程教育模式,2008年基于CDIO工程教育模式,结合国家示范性软件学院的需要,创新性地提出SE-CDIO工程教育模式并应用于我院的教育改革中,在明确人才培养目标、确定人才培养大纲、构建课程体系,实施教学方法改革,建立保障与评估改进体系等方面进行了创新与实践。经过八年的建设和发展,符合新型软件人才培养要求的SE-CDIO工程教育模式不断走向成熟,为卓越工程师的培养开创了一条科学发展的新途径。本文系统地阐述了SECDIO工程教育模式的内涵和特点,在目标体系、培养大纲、课程体系和教学方法等方面给出了全面的描述。通过对SE-CDIO工程教育模式的贯彻与发展思考,总结并展望了SE-CDIO模式今后发展的设想。 The CDIO approach of engineering education is the latest achievements of the recent international engineering education reform. Based on the process of software lifecycle, students learn and practice with the organic connections in curricula. In 2004, we began to study and explore the CDIO approach. In 2008, based on the concept of CDIO and the needs of the Pilot Software Engineering Schools, we put forward the SE-CDIO engineering education experimental zone for the international software model innovatively. SE-CDIO is used in our national talents education. During the educational reform, we set up objectives for software engineering education, establish syllabus, construct curriculum system, implement the reform of teaching methods, build guarantee and assess improvement system, etc. After eight years of construction and development, SE-CDIO engineering education model continued to support the new requirements for software talents education. In order to promote SE-CDIO in the field of software engineering education, this paper systematically elaborates the SE-CDIO engineering education model in the features, educational outline, curriculum system and teaching methods. Then, by thinking about the implementation and development of the SE-CDIO engineering education model, it summarizes and forecasts the future development of the SE-CDIO model.
