高校学生专业选择的影响因素分析---基于理性选择理论的视角

Analysis on Effect Factors of College Students′Major Selection

本文基于理性选择理论的视角,首先阐述该理论在高校学生专业选择中的适切性;然后通过调查问卷描述"按类招生"学生选择专业的影响因素,并对影响因素做了两两相关分析和因子分析等数学模型分析。调查问卷分析显示学生选择专业其有较高的理性成份,并且比较注重专业自身实力。高校应当帮助学生完善专业选择的信息资源、逐步扩大学生专业的选择空间,并且以需求为导向,加强专业实力建设。

Based on the angel of Rational Choice Theory, this paper firstly explains the relevancy of the theory in college students＇ major selection. Secondly, it works out the effect factors of major selection made by students enrolled by classification according to surveys. Subsequently, this paper conducts related analysis between every two factors and mathematical model analysis of these factors. Accord- ing to the surveys, it is noticed that students are quite rational about major selection and concentrate more on the prospect of majors. Colleges and universities are suggested to complete the information sources of major selection, enlarge the room for major selection and enhance the construction of majors.
