摘要
拔尖人才的培养是高校面对的一项挑战性的系统工程命题。iGEM作为一项极具国际学术影响的生命科学前沿领域的大学生学科竞赛,可以作为培养拔尖人才的有效载体,充分挖掘学生的自主创新、学术参与、组织管理等各方面的能力。浙江大学iGEM队的成功经验可以对学科交叉创新性人才培养的探索提供良好借鉴。
Talent cultivation is a challenging task for colleges and universities. As a significant academic competition of bioscience in international, iGEM works as a platform for talent cultivation and students training in independent innovation, academic involvement and organizational management. The successful experience of iGEM of Zhejiang University provides favorable references for the cultivation of Interdisciplinary innovation talents.
