面向市场经济的环境工程经济课程教学改革

Reform of Market-oriented Environmental Engineering Economics Course

环境工程经济在教学活动中受到的重视不足,课程教学质量和其他主干课程相比存在较大差距。文章在分析存在问题的基础上,论述如何开展该课程的教学改革。首先分析和明确了环境工程经济的教学目标,辨析了该课程与其他环境经济类课程的区别,提出了环境工程经济及其在课程教学活动中的能力培养目标,进而提出四个部分的教学内容和教学方式。开展环境工程经济教学改革,提高学生的财务和经济分析能力,将增加学生在市场经济环境中的发展潜力,为他们走入管理层成为卓越工程师创造有利条件。

For the lack of attention, there is a big gap of the teaching quality between environmental engineering economics （EEE） and main courses of the major of environmental engineering. This paper begins with the analysis of the current situation and demand of the course; then proposes how to make the course reform. The paper sets a clear course teaching objective of EEE; analyzes the difference between EEE and other courses related to environmental economics; advances the abilities training objects of EEE within its teaching activities; and finally furthers four parts of EEE teaching content and its methodology. EEE reform will definitely improve students＇ analytical capabilities in finance and economics; and it will increase students＇ professional development potential in the market economy environment so as to facilitate them to be outstanding engineers in the future.
