摘要
基于IEC 61850的电力变压器振动在线监测系统的设计与开发,是输变电设备在线监测系统的重要组成部分。文中在分析电力变压器振动在线监测系统数据采集与传输实际需求的基础上,依据IEC 61850第2版,基于系统功能分配,采用包括TVBR和SVBR在内的传感器、状态监测、电气设备逻辑节点,建立了电力变压器振动在线监测系统智能电子设备(IED)信息模型。将缓存报告控制块、文件传输模型作为实时通信协议,用于告警信息、测量信息和振动波形的传输,实现了电力变压器振动在线监测系统IED的实时通信。基于该设计的电力变压器振动在线监测系统已在现场得到了应用。
The vibration on-line monitoring system of power transformer is an important part of power equipment on-line monitoring technology whose model should meet the requirements of IEC 61850.Based on an analysis of the system”s data processing and function distribution,and by using logical nodes for power system equipment,status monitoring and sensors including TVBR and SVBR in accordance with the newest IEC 61850 edition 2.0,the information model for vibration on-line monitoring system intelligent electronic devices(IEDs)is developed.The real-time communication mechanism is realized using the buffered report control block and file transfer model respectively for information transmission with alarm data, measurement data and vibration data waveform files.An on-line monitoring system based on the above modeling has been successfully applied on the spot.
