3%高渗盐水联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床研究 被引量:39

摘要 目的评价雾化吸入3%高渗盐水溶液联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗幼儿毛细支气管炎疗效。方法将80例毛细支气管炎患儿在常规抗感染、止咳、化痰、平喘治疗下,随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组40例,雾化吸入3%高渗盐水1.5mL+复方异丙托溴铵1.25 mL;对照组40例,雾化吸入生理盐水1.5 mL+复方异丙托溴铵1.25 mL,2组均每天2次,疗程均为7 d^10 d,比较2组咳嗽、喘息、肺部湿啰音消失时间、住院时间、不良反应及住院费用。结果 2组患儿均痊愈出院,治疗组在其咳嗽、喘息、肺部湿啰音消失时间、住院时间及住院费用等方面均优与对照组(P<0.05)。结论 3%高渗盐水联合复方异丙托溴铵高频雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎有效,并能减少住院时间,降低治疗费用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of 3% hypertonic saline solution combined with compound isopropyl bromide by high frequency atomization inhalation on child patients with capillary bronchitis. Meth- otis Eighty children with capillary bronchitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. All the patients were received anti -infective therapy as well as treatment for relieving cough, phlegm and asthma. In the treatment group, 40 patients received the extra treat- ment of 3% hypertonic saline 1.5 mL combined with compound isopropyl bromide 1.25 mL atomizing inhaled twice a day; and in the control group, 40 patients were treated by saline 1.5 mL combined with com- pound isopropyl bromide 1.25 mL atomizing inhaled twice a day. The pa- tients in both groups were treated for 7 - 10 days. The days of cough and wheezing relieving, lung rales disappearing and hospitalization, the inci- dence of adverse reactions as well as the cost of hospitalization were ana- lyzed between the two groups. Results All patients were cured. The cough, wheezing, disappear time of lung tales, hospitalization time, and hospitalization costs were optimized in treatment group compared with that in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion 3% hypertonic saline combined with compound isopropyl bromide high -frequency atomization inhalation is effective on the child patients with capillary bronchitis, and can reduce the length of hospital stay, and the cost of treatment.
