摘要 目的研究肝细胞生成因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)在氧化型低密度脂蛋白(oxidized low density lipoprotein,Ox-LDL)诱导的血管平滑肌细胞钙化中的作用。方法本研究采用细胞钙化体外模型,检测HGF的浓度和细胞钙化程度。结果 Ox-LDL能促进血管平滑肌细胞钙化,同时上调HGF的表达水平。抑制HGF能减轻Ox-LDL诱导的细胞钙化。结论 HGF参与了Ox-LDL诱导的血管平滑肌细胞钙化。 Objective To study the role of HGF in Ox-LDL-induced vascular smooth muscle cell calcification. Methods In vitro model of cell calcification was used in this study. HGF level and calcification were measured by ELISA and alizarin red staining. Results We found that Ox-LDL accelerated vascular smooth muscle cell calcification and up-regulated the expression level of HGF. Inhibition of HGF attenuated Ox-LDL-induccd cell calcification. Conclusion These findings suggest that HGF is involved in Ox-LDL-induced vascular smooth muscle cell calcification.
