摘要 通过合理成分设计和采用高温终轧及空冷的生产工艺,在实验室制备出厚度分别为12mm和16mm的160MPa级抗震用低屈服点钢板。钢板组织均为单一的多边形铁素体,晶粒平均直径分别为44.18μm和47.17μm,屈服强度分别为177MPa和172MPa,具有良好的高应变低周疲劳性能,满足160MPa级建筑抗震用钢的性能要求,为160MPa级低屈服点钢的工业试制提供了依据。 160MPa low yield point steel plates with thickness respectively of 12mm and 16mm used to resist earthquake for buildings were developed by reasonable chemical composition design and high temperature fin ishing rolling and air cooling processes. Its microstructure as well as properties were studied. Only polygonal ferrite could be observed in the experimental steels, the mean grain diameter respectively were 44. 18/μm and 47.17μm, and the corresponding yield strength were 177MPa and 172MPa. Having excellent high strain low cycles fatigue properties, the experimental steels could meet the requirement of the LYP160 steel used for earthquake resistant. It was reference for the industrial trial of the 160MPa low yield point steel.
