摘要
针对涟钢生产的75Cr1锯片钢强度较高、板形不良、难以开平、扁卷等问题,对生产工艺进行了优化,将卷取温度适当提高,得到理想的珠光体组织,解决了上述问题并可不采用退火工艺,使生产成本大幅降低,交货周期缩短,创造了良好的经济效益。
In view of some problems of 75Crl saw steel development , such as high strength, bad strip shape, straightening difficulty and flat coil, in Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron g~ Steel Co. , Ltd. , the production process was optimized, which the coiling temperature was properly iricreased. Based on it, the ideal pearlite micro structure was obtained, and the above problems were resolved. Meanwhile, the annealing process could be a voided, the production cost were greatly reduced, and the delivery time was shorten obviously.
