针对国内轧钢生产误机时间统计不准确真实的问题,进行了误机时间自动归档的初步设计并提出了具体实施方案,在生产实践中取得了较好效果。方案的实施利用生产线上现有的自动化控制设备即可,仅作一些软件补充,投资少。

In view of not accurate of steel rolling delay time management in China, the design and fulfillment proposal on delay time automatic pigeonholing was put forward, which is achieved very well effect in production. By using product line existing rolling automatic control equipment and by adding and upgrading some software, this proposal could be well fulfilled with low cost.
