The structure and business processes of German APS/ALS advanced planning and scheduling system used in cold rolling plant of Shougang Jingtang Co. were introduced. The system was based on advanced algo-rithm, and the scheduling process order, time, quality and capacity constraints were considered. It provides guarantee for the production process and the logistics smooth.
