Transformation of the Deep-well Pump and Its Effect in the Steel Rolling Mill of Pingxiang Steel Company

针对棒材生产线水处理沉淀池所用的长轴、离心半开式深井泵存在故障频发、维修不方便、维修费用高的问题,将3台JCK深井泵改为1台ZGB型渣浆泵,减少了修理工作量和维修费用。

In view of frequent faults, not convenient repair and high cost problems of the long axis and centrifu gal semi open deepwell pump used in water treatment sedimentation tank of bar production line, three JCK type deepwell pumps were replaced by one ZGB type slurry pump. The workload and the cost of the repairs were reduced.
