心房颤动研究新进展:微小RNA调控心房重构相关基因 被引量:4

New progress in atrial fibrillation research: microRNA regulates the gene of atrial remodeling

摘要 心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)是心血管疾病以及致死性疾病中最常见的持续性心律失常,其发生和维持的机制非常复杂.目前的研究表明,心房电重构和结构重构是AF发生和持续的核心环节,它们相互结合,共同构成了AF的电生理-解剖学基础.最近,与AF相关的离子通道蛋白质表达的变化吸引了很多研究者的关注,特别是伴随着微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)研究的快速发展,研究者已经开始关注不编码蛋白质的miRNA在AF中的作用.有些实验依据也显示,miRNA可能介导调控心房电重构及结构重构中的相关基因,而在AF的发生及发展中起着重要的作用.本文就miRNA与AF的研究现状综述如下.
