摘要 风湿性心脏瓣膜病曾是威胁人类健康最常见的心血管疾病之一;随着社会的发展,生活方式的改变,冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的患病率已经逐渐上升至首位.但是,瓣膜性心脏病（valvular heart disease,VHD）仍然是临床需要面对的重要疾病.资料显示,欧洲VHD患病率仍然较高,且随年龄增加而增加,在年龄＞ 75岁的老年患者中可高达12％以上;而VHD患者的8年生存率明显低于预期值（P＜0.001）[1].近年来,VHD的发展呈现一些特点,主要病因及受累人群发生了悄然的变化;治疗手段和认识理念方面也取得一些进展.
