中国南海隋氏蒂壳海绵Theonellaswinhoei的化学成分研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、硅胶柱层析、HPLC等多种柱色谱手段对中国南海隋氏蒂壳海绵Theonellaswinhoei化学成分进行分离提纯;通过波谱解析结合文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构。从其正丁醇萃取部位首次分离鉴定了6个化合物:thymidine(1),thymidine-5'-carboxylic acidmethylester(2),thymidine-5'-carboxylic acid butyl ester(3),uracil(4),thymine(5),7,8-Dimethyl-iso-alloxazine(6)。 Sephadex LH-20 columnchromatography, silica column chromatography and HPLC methods were used to iso- late and refine compounds from sponge Theonellaswinhoei from the South China Sea. The structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the literatures. From the n-BuOH soluble extract of Theonellaswinhoei, six compounds were isolated for the first time and their structures were determined as thymidine ( 1 ), thymidine-5'-carboxylie acid methyl ester(2) ,thymidine-5'-earboxylie acid butyl ester(3),uracil(4),thymine(5),7,8-Dimethyl-iso-alloxazine (6).
