英语是升学考试中的一个重要部分,而且由于非母语这一特殊原因,英语教学一直是被关注的重点。教师在进行英语教学前,有效的教学准备行为往往能够起到至关重要的作用。通过对浙江省各地中学英语教师进行教学准备行为的现状调查,得出现今英语教师教学准备行为的现状以及不同情况所导致的差异性,进而针对这些问题提出相关建议。

English teaching has always been the focus of basic education.Teaching level and ability play a vital role in English teaching.Through the questionnaire survey on the teachers' lesson preparation in middle school,this essay analyzes the English teachers' mastery on student learning background as well as the preparation of people and objects in teaching process,conducts some difference tests according to teachers' gender,teachers' seniority and urban or rural areas,while puts forward feasible suggestions for related issues.
