摘要
为筛选出对一品红烟粉虱有效的杀虫剂,采用琼脂保湿浸液叶法测试了13种杀虫剂对烟粉虱成虫的室内活性及其中6种药剂的毒力,并进行了盆栽防治试验。活性测定结果表明:甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、哒螨灵、阿维菌素对烟粉虱成虫的杀虫活性较高,噻嗪酮对成虫没有毒杀作用。室内毒力测定结果表明:48h后,阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的毒力最高,其LC50值分别为0.36、1.02g/mL。盆栽结果表明,哒螨灵的防治效果最好,处理后3d和7d的防治效果分别为83.17%和87.56%,可以在生产中推广应用。
To screen effective insecticides against Bemisia tabaci adults, thirteen insecticides were investigated for their effectiveness by the agar leaf dip method, and the toxicity of six insecticides and control effect of 3 insecti- cides by pot experiment were tested. Bioassay results showed that emamectin benzoate, pyridaben and abamectin had strong virulence to B. tabaci adults, but buprofezin had no significant virulence. Indoor toxicity test indicated that abamectin and emamectin benzoate revealed acute activity toward B. tabaci adults, with the LC50 values of 0.36 g/mL and 1.02 g/mL 48 hrs after treatment, respectively. Pyridaben showed high control effect in the pot trial, with the control efficacies of 83.17% and 87.56% 3 days and 7 days after treatment, respectively, which could be popularized and applied in production.
