摘要 在综合分析国内外对管制员生理状况测量、人与机器系统环境相互作用和心理分析三方面研究的基础上,建立了基于改进的物元分析的管制员工作负荷综合评价模型。借鉴灰色关联分析方法 (GRA)分辨系数的设定思想对可拓关联函数进行改进,对超出节域范围的情况在函数中增加修正系数,以保证不会出现关联函数的分母为0而无法计算的情况。采用基于改进的物元分析的管制员工作负荷综合评价模型对上海终端区扇区安全管制工作进行评估。结果表明,基于改进的物元分析的管制员工作负荷综合评价模型可获得可靠的评估结果。 The paper aims at introducing the author's study on mea- suring the physiological state of the air traffic controller and his work- load in terms of his physical interactions with the human computer in- terface as well as with his psychological state. It is for this purpose that we have proposed an improved integrated evaluation model of the workload of an air traffic controller based on the matter-element in or- der to obtain the optimal scheme through the analysis of the relation of the various indexes of the safety control work by taking the terminal control area of Shanghai as our case study sample. It is also for this purpose that we have first of all set up the distinguishing coefficient based on the gray relational analysis (GRA) theory. For the case there exits some characteristic values of matter-element exceed the range of the node fields, by adding a correction coefficient we can prevent the denominator of the correlation from being equal to zero, in which case the equation can not be calculated correctly. Secondly, based on the sample, for a certain planning program, skilled con- trollers are employed to simulate command. The yarious indexes ob- tained via the data collection are normalized to obtain reliability data. Thirdly, it is necessary to work out the node field and the classical fields of the controller's workload. And, finally, we can confirm the improved integrated evaluation model of controller' s workload based on matter-element. However, affected by some subjective and objec- tive factors, there have so far never been universally recognized mod- els for such workload evaluation. Seeing the above said situation, what we can do is to draw the following conclusions: it is a tough job to establish a well-accepted sound mathematical model for the purpose due to the complexity of the factors involved. The model of the safety controller's workload in air traffic control we have proposed here in this paper can be thought of as an optimal scheme based on the im- proved extension model.
