Private Higher Education and Adult Education for Civil Servants in Ukraine

乌克兰是一个高等教育强国。苏联解体后,乌克兰的私立高等教育开始逐渐发展,目前已经成为该国高等教育的重要组成部分。对继续教育的重视,是乌克兰私立高等教育发展迅猛的原因之一。乌克兰私立高等教育的发展和中国民办高等教育的发展有许多共同之处,可为中国民办高等教育的发展提供一些借鉴和启示。

Ukraine is a country with well developed higher education system. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, private higher education started to emerge and now has become a very important part of the national higher educational system. One of the reasons for the rapid expansion of private higher education is due to the government paying attention to continuous education. There are many similarities between the developments of China＇s non-governmental higher education and Ukrainian＇s private high- er education which can be used to provide some references and inspirations for the development of non-governmental higher educa- tion system in China.
