财务管理专业小组讨论式案例教学法探究——以浙江树人大学《财务会计》课程为例

Practice and Exploration of Group Discussion Case Study Method in Financial Management: Taking “Financial Accounting”Course in Zhejiang Shuren University as an Example

为了改善传统教学中的诸多弊端,通过小组讨论式案例教学方法,改进教学模式,把学生置于教学中心,将课本理论知识和上市公司案例分析融合,提高学生搜集资料、分析整理、职业判断等各方面能力,做到知行合一,提高课堂教学效果。文章从实施小组讨论式案例教学的必要性和意义入手,讨论小组讨论式案例教学的基本思路和实施步骤并将其付诸于实践,指出小组讨论式案例教学是现代高校教学的重要模式。

In order to overcome the many drawbacks in traditional teaching, teaching mode is improved by using group discussion case study method. The method places students in the center of teaching, integrates theoretical knowledge and case analysis of listed companies, improves students＇ ability in information gathering, analysis, and other aspects of professional judgment to a- chieve the unity of knowledge and action, and improve classroom teaching. From the necessity and significance of implementing group discussion case study method, this paper discusses the basic ideas and implementation steps of the proposed method and puts it into practice. It points out that group discussion case study method is an important mode of modern university teaching.
