超声内镜对胃癌TNM分期的临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 手术是胃癌最主要、最根本的治疗方法,故准确的胃癌分期十分重要,准确的分期可为手术提供最佳方案,早期胃癌可行内镜下粘膜切除术（Endoscopic mucosal resection EMR）或粘膜下层剥离术（Endoscopic submucosal dissection ESD,进展期胃癌可行根治性淋巴结清扫术,准确的TNM分期可最大限度的减少晚期胃癌患者不必要的开关腹手术[1].
