无创正压通气技术在慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴Ⅱ型呼衰患者中的应用

The Application of Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in Patients with TypeⅡ Respiratory Failure Due to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探讨无创正压通气技术治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法:46例慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者,在内科常规治疗的基础上采用无创正压通气技术治疗,前期43例仅采用内科常规治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者作为对照组进行比较。结果:采用无创正压通气技术治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效、动脉血气分析结果均明显优于仅采用内科常规治疗的对照组(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论:采用无创正压通气技术治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者疗效确切,患者易于接受、安全性好。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with type 2 respiratory failure due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods：46 type Ⅱ respiratory failure due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were treated by the combination routine medical treatment with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation. The control group which had 43 type Ⅱrespiratory failure due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were treated by routine medical treatment. Results：The group treated by the combination routine medical treatment with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation had significantly better results in both clinical efficacy and arterial blood gas analysis without significant adverse reactions（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease had a clear effect with good security which can be accepted Easily by patients.
