地方高校青年教师课堂教学技能调查研究——以广西大学为例

摘要 本研究以广西大学为例,采用问卷调查法对地方高校青年教师的课堂教学技能进行调查,研究发现,尽管教师教学态度认真,但由于缺乏必要的教师教育训练,对常用的课堂教学技能非常陌生,严重制约了课堂教学质量的提高。为了提高青年教师的课堂教学技能,高校应把提升青年教师课堂教学技能纳入学校师资队伍建设规划;加强校本培训,实行青年教师教学技能在岗培训计划;科学设计培训课程体系,加强教学技能培训的针对性。 Based on the position of students, this study investigated the teachers' classroom teaching skills at universities in the context of massification of higher education, it concluded that despite teachers' serious attitude, but due to lack of necessary education and training, teachers are very strange for classroom teaching skills, which seriously hampered the improvement of the quality of classroom teaching. In order to improve classroom teaching skills of young teachers, the universities should adjust the training for classroom teaching skills into the construction planning for young teachers;the universities should strengthen school-based training, and carry on the job training plan for young teachers, Scientificly design the training course system to strengthen the pertinence for the teaching skill training
