摘要
中西方传统的管理哲学思想因其文化渊源、历史发展、发展传统、民族思维等方面的不同,在方法内容和表达形式上都有所不同。中西方传统管理思想各自具有不同的产生发展的历史过程及特点,比较二者在四种管理核心观念上的差异,以及指出这些差异反映出两种管理思想的本质,旨在为处在当前国内国际复杂竞争环境的中国企业能够更好地融通中西管理思想提供借鉴,使中国管理文化精华能与现代企业管理结合起来,走出一条"以人为本"为核心的中国特色企业发展道路。
Because of the different cultural origins, historical development, traditional culture and ethnic thinking, Chinese traditional management thought and Western traditional management thought have a series of differences in terms of the contents and forms. Based on the study of the comparison in terms of the history, features and reasons, this paper comparatively analyzes the four key differences between Chinese traditional management thought and Western tradition management thought. At last it unveils the core nature of these differences and suggests that the Chinese traditional management thought can be integrated with the western modem management systems so as to provide some references for Chinese enterprises which are growing in the background of the global competitive contexts.
