摘要
员工敬业度作为影响企业成败的关键因素之一,得到越来越多的学者的研究关注。在回顾总结前人对于员工敬业度的基础上引入领导风格变量,通过调查问卷的形式,运用方差分析、回归分析等统计方法,探讨管理者的领导风格对于员工敬业度的影响,对于企业从管理者的角度找出最适于提高员工敬业度的领导风格,增强企业在市场中的竞争力具有重要的价值和意义。
As one of the key factors which influence the development of enterprises, the employee engagement has received more research attention from scholars. Based on the review of employee engagement studies, the variable quantity of leadership style is introduced in this paper. By using the method of questionnaire investigation, statistical methods such as analysis of variance, analyze, we study the impact on enterprise' s employee engagement of administrator' s leadership style, to find out the leadership style that is most suitable for improving the employee engagement in terms of enterprise' s leader, thus improving the competitiveness on the market of enterprise and having suitable meaning and value.
