摘要 目的探讨调强放疗(IMRT)及化疗对胸部肿瘤患者心率变异性(HRV)频域指标的影响。方法 3组分别接受不同治疗方法的胸部肿瘤患者(单纯放疗组、序贯放化组、同步放化组),每组36例,均于治疗前、中、后进行24 h HRV监测,比较其监测结果。结果 3组患者标化低频功率(nLF)、标化高频功率(nHF)随治疗时间的增加呈下降趋势(P<0.01),3组患者nLF、nHF、低频功率/高频功率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胸部肿瘤患者HRV改变与照射剂量相关,随着照射剂量增加,HRV频域指标显著下降;紫杉类化疗药对HRV可能无显著性影响。 Objective To explore the effect of intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and chemotherapy on the frequency domain index of heart rate variability ( HRV) in patients with thoracic tumor .Methods The patients with thoracic tumor were divided into radiotherapy group ,synchronal chemoradiation group and sequential chemoradiation group according to therapeutic methods,there were 36 patients in each group.The monitoring on 24-hour HRV was performed among three groups before , during and after treatment , and a comparison of the monitoring results was conducted . Results nLF,nHF decreased more significantly with increasing treatment time among three groups (P〈0.01),nLF, nHF,LF/HF showed no significant difference among three groups (P〉0.05).Conclusion The changes of HRV in patients with thoracic tumor correlate with radiation dose ,the frequency domain index of HRV decreases more signifi-cantly with increasing radiation dose;Taxane chemotherapeutic drugs may have little significant effects on HRV .
