护士营养知识水平的调查分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评估护士营养知识水平,以及医生、患者对护士营养知识水平的满意度,并提出相关对策。方法:在天津市4所三级甲等综合性医院各随机抽取的40名护士、50名医生和50名患者进行问卷调查。结果:护士营养知识水平偏低(26.26±2.59),基础饮食营养知识得分高于临床饮食营养知识得分(P<0.01),营养知识水平与职称、最高学历以及在校期间是否学习,工作后是否参加过培训有关(P<0.01)。医生、患者对护士营养知识水平综合满意度得分分别为3.50±0.46、3.42±0.48,满意率分别为89%、83%。结论:天津市护士营养知识方面存在不足,医生及患者满意度有待提高,应加强护士营养学在校期间的教育和继续教育,完善考核制度,提高护士营养知识水平,提高护理质量,提高患者满意率。 Objective: To investigate nurses' nutritional knowledge and doctors' and patients' satisfaction on it in order to give advice on improving nutritional quality care. Methods: 160 nurses, 200 doctors and 200 patients from 4 high-standard hospitals in Tianjin were randomly selected to complete the questionnaire. Results: The total score of participants' nutritional knowledge was low(26.26±2.59), while the scores of knowledge on fundermental nutrition were higher than the one on clinical nutrition( P〈 0. 01 ). Nurses' level of nutritional knowledge were statistically different among different position, educational level and whether or not to accept the college study and continuous education (P〈0.01). The scores of satisfaction of doctors and patients to the level of Nurses' nutritional knowledge were 3.50±0.46、3.42±0.48, and the rates were 89%,83 %. Conclusion: Nurses' nutrition knowledge in Tianjin is deficient. The satisfaction of doctors and patients is to be improved. Adequate courses on nutriology should he added in college and continuous education for improving the knowledge level of nurses and quality of care.
