摘要
介绍了餐厨垃圾的产量、来源、成分、特性,综述了国内餐厨垃圾的传统处理方法和现代回用技术,主要内容包括填埋,堆肥,焚烧,固体饲料和生物处理方法,并对各种技术的特点进行了详细的分析和讨论。针对餐厨垃圾减量化、资源化、无害化的要求,提出了处理的难点和今后的发展方向,为餐厨垃圾的处理和管理提供了借鉴。
The production, source, composition and characteristics of kitchen garbage were introduced. The traditional processing methods and modem recycling technologies were discussed, including landfill, composting, incineration, solid feed and biological treatment. For the production of kitchen garbage reduction, recycling, harmless requirements, the existing problems and the corresponding methods to solving them were also presented.
