Study on Preparation of Water-based Coating Release Agent for an Environmental Friendly Aluminium Alloy Die Casting

水基脱模剂因其优异的性能而得到了广泛的应用,以白油、废机油和二甲基硅油为基础原料,选取Span80和OP-10的组合作为复合乳化剂,配制了一种铝合金压铸用水基脱模剂,该脱模剂具有良好的稳定性和高温成膜性,对铝合金无腐蚀,且将废机油加以利用,变废为宝,具有环境友好型的特点。

Water - based coating release agent was applied widely for its excellent properties. A water - based coating release agent was prepared for aluminium alloy die casting used mineral oil, waste oil and dimethyl silicone as the base material, combination of Span80 and OP - 10 as composite emulsifier. The release agent exhibited good stability, film forming properties in high temperature, no corrosion on the aluminum alloy, and the features of environment friendly, in which the waste oil was used as profitability.
