摘要
就选择的几种常见的脱酚萃取及其两两混合物,考察其对脱酸脱氨后废水中酚类、油类、COD及可生化性的影响。实验结果表明,单一萃取剂中,甲基异丁基甲酮对废水中酚类物质的脱除效果很好,但是在油类、COD脱除方面表现很差,导致萃后废水的可生化性差。在可生化影响方面,混合萃取剂比单一萃取剂效果要好,其中,醋酸丁酯与甲基异丁基酮的效果好。
Several common solvents were chosen, and the effects on the phenols removal, oil removal, COD removal and B/C ratio were studied by the chosen solvents and their mixtures. It was found the MIBK was good to remove phenols, but it was not good for other factors. Mixture solvents were better than alternative solvents in consideration of biodegradability, and the mixture of MIBK and butyl acetate was the best.
