摘要
利用HNO3/H2O2湿法微波消解制样、再应用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—OES),对青皮萝卜中的矿物元素组成进行了全面的分析与测定。定量分析了K、S、Ca、P、Na、Mg、Al、Zn、Si、Fe、Ba、Sr、B、Cu、Mn、V、Pb、Cr、Cd、Ti等20种矿物元素,定量结果RSD值在0.26%~10.5%之间,标准样品回收率在89.0%-109.6%之间。实验结果可为萝卜的应用研究提供基础数据。
By wet microwave digestion procedure with HNO/H2O2 to prepare samples, the mineral elements in green radish were detected and analyzed thoroughly by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP - OES ). The results showed there were 20 mineral elements in green radish, which were K, S, Ca, P, Na, Mg, Al, Zn , Si, Fe, Ba, Sr , B, Cu, Mn, V, Pb, Cr, Cd and Ti. The RSD of results was between 0. 11 % and 10. 7 %. The recovery rate of standard sample was from 89.0% to 109.6%. These results provided basic data for further developing and applying of radish.
