摘要
建立了原子荧光光谱法测定精锑中铋含量的不确定度评定方法。通过分析铋含量测定过程的测量不确定度来源,并对各个不确定度分量逐项评定,找出铋含量测定的主要影响因素。结果表明,待测试液中铋浓度产生的测量不确定度影响大。
The method for evaluation of the uncertainty of Bismuth content in refined antimony was established by using atomic fluorescence spectrometer. By analyzing sources of uncertainty in the process of measuring the determination of Bismuth and evaluating each component of uncertainty, the main factors affecting the determination of bismuth content were found out. The results showed that the greatest impact was the measured uncertainty of bismuth concentration in solution.
