摘要
江苏省档案馆工程紧凑型复合桁架楼承板具有相当的技术难度,针对该桁架楼承板的结构全面定位其特点,提出包括9个关键环节的全过程工艺流程,并全面阐述柱边处角钢安装、钢筋桁架楼承板的制作、安装后的处理技术、边模施工操作和附加钢筋及管线施工等操作技术要点。研究表明,紧凑型复合桁架楼承板施工流程与要点科学合理、经济可靠,对类似工程的施工具有指导作用。
Compact composite truss plates have considerable technical difficulties in the Jiangsu archives project. The characteristic is planed for the structure of the truss plate comprehensive positioning, and the whole technological process including nine key links is proposed. Main technical points of the column edge angle installation, reinforcing steel bar truss board production and installation post-processing, edge touch operation and additional reinforcement and pipeline construction are demonstrated comprehensively in this paper.Thus, the research shows that the composite truss board construction process and key points are scientific and reasonable, economic and reliable, and are the reliable guarantee of completed projects, which is of important guiding significance for the construction of similar projects.
