摘要 利用限位器来限制储能飞轮实验转子的大幅度低频异步进动 ,设计了转子与限位器碰摩试验装置 ,研究转子的碰摩振动。分析了转子内表面碰摩力对转子运动的影响。转子与内置式限位器发生稳定的局部碰摩时 ,转子低频进动幅值不再增加 ,转子自转速度保持不变。碰摩转子的强迫振动在时域及频域都表现出了复杂性 ,碰摩冲击作为宽频激励 ,能够激励出转子 A inner type stop is utilized to limit the amplitude of the violent low frequency precession of the rotorbearing system which is the critical part of the experimental flywheel energy system. The vibration of the rotor with rotor/stop rubbing is investigated by experimental methods. The rubbing force between the rotor and the inner type stop is analyzed. The stable rubbing rotor vibration under different rotating speeds shows that the inner type stop can limit the amplitude of asynchronous precession effectively. The collision and rubbing between the rotor and the stop appear occasionally. The rubbing has little effect on the rotating speed of the rotor. The forced vibration becomes complex and nonlinear in the time and frequency domain when the collision and rubbing occur. The second modal forward precession of the rotor bearing system is excited by the impact force and decays quickly.
