Urban Logistics Two-level Distribution Network Design under Carbon Tax

摘要 考虑到国内即将实施的碳税政策,研究碳排放背景下的双层次城市物流配送网络,建立一个新型的考虑物流运营成本和碳排放成本平衡的凸整数规划模型。通过分析一个算例,应用流行的商业优化软件GLPK对模型进行求解,详细的结果输出分析表明了该模型的有效性。研究发现:城市物流配送运营商在递增型碳税情况下,仅需要通过物流配送网络配置的微调,即可以实现经济效益和环境效益双赢的目标。 Considering the upcoming carbon tax policy in China, a two-level urban logistics distribution network is addressed under carbon tax. A new convex MIP model, balancing logistics operation cost and carbon emission cost, is then established. By analyzing a real case,the popular business optimization software GLPK is applied to solve the corresponding model. Detailed analysis to the output displays the effectiveness of the model. Results show that under gradually rising carbon tax rates, the urban logistics distribution operator could only finely adjust its network configurations to yield good economic and environmental performance.
