Practical, reliable and advanced vehicle access - control management system is an important part of the intelligent community system. This article uses the infrared remote control technology to control the plot＇s roadway control system making the community＇ vehi- cle access management highly automated as well as improving the safety of the access to the roadway control system in the whole commu- nity and to be utmost to save the time . Meanwhile, the management system can write down the record of passing the roadway control sys- tem, which makes it possible to know the discrepancy of vehicles inside of the community conveniently, and to ensure the accurate, dy- namic and efficient management .
