Design and Evaluation of a New Interface for the On-line Coupling of Solid-phase Extraction with Capillary Electrophoresis

摘要 研究报道一种用于固相萃取与毛细管电泳在线联用的新接口.该接口采用流动阀原理和鞘流式设计,操作条件优化后,对接口的性能进行了评价.利用该接口,进样效率高达98%,表明该接口内不存在样品稀释效应;4h内100次连续进样的峰高、峰面积及迁移时间的RSD平均值分别为2.4%、5.4%、3.1%,表明该接口具有很好的稳定性和重现性. A new interface was presented for the on - line coupling of solid - phase extraction (SPE) with capillary electrophoresis (CE). The interface adopted a sheath flow design based on the flow gating principle. After optimizing the operation conditions, the per- formance of the interface was evaluated. By this interface, injection efficiency of concentration of effluent form SPE capillary into the CE system was up to 98%, indicating that almost no dilution effect occurred during injections in the interface. The relative standard devia- tions ( RSD% ) obtained through 100 consecutive runs over a 4.0 h period were 2.4%, 5.4% and 3.1%, respectively. These RSD val- ues shown that the interface has a good stability and reproducibility.
