摘要
近年来,为了满足教师和学生个性化的信息需求,帮助用户充分利用图书馆的资源,加强图书馆与各院系的联系,国内各高校纷纷借鉴美国图书馆的经验,开始建立“学科馆员制度”.本文拟在在学界前辈研究基础上并结合工作实践经验,对文史类学科馆员的业务要求进行分析.
In recent years, in order to meet the needs of teache~ and students personalized information needs to help users make full use of library resources and strengthen the link between the library and departments of the university, domestic colleges and universities have drawn lessons from the United States Library to begin to establish "subject librarian system". Based on the academic research of the pre- decessors and combined with their own work in some practical experience, the author analyzes the category of subject librarian service re- quirements.
