IVUS-VH评价苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对轻中度冠脉狭窄病人斑块性质的临床研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的用血管内超声虚拟组织成像技术(IVUS-VH)评价苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对轻中度冠脉狭窄病人斑块性质的疗效。方法通过造影及冠脉超声诊断为轻中度狭窄后,将病人随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组采用常规冠心病及高血压治疗方案,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平(施慧达)干预,3个月后通过冠脉超声观察病人斑块的变化。结果通过IVUS-VH的评价,两组治疗前易损斑块发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组易损斑块发生率明显降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过IVUS-VH的评价,苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平能改善轻中度冠脉狭窄病人斑块成分,降低易损斑块发生率。
