摘要
本项目以高端会计人才培养为研究内容,以问卷的形式对丽水市会计人才现状进行调查,调查发现丽水市会计人才队伍的人员分布、年龄结构及薪酬分配制度不合理,高学历人才严重缺乏,综合管理素质参差不齐,并分析了在新的经济环境下,会计高端人才应具备的素质和能力,提出了以政策为导向、以高校为中心、以企业为主体、完善会计人员继续教育体制的对策建议。
This project attempts to study the cultivation of higly qualified accounting practioners and the existing problems of the field such as the unreasonable personnel distribution, the unreasonable age structure, the unreasonable salary allotment system, the lack of highly educated practioners and the difference in integrated management competence among practioners are disclosed by a questionaire conducted in Lishui Based on an analysis of the necessary qualities and competences the practioners should possess in the new economic environment, a policy-guided continuing education system characterized by the cooperation between local universities and enterprises is proposed for perfecting continuing education for senior accounting practioners.
