摘要
依据河北保定房契,对近代房屋买卖价格的真实性进行分析,作者认为,房屋交易制度保证了契约记载房屋价格的真实性,也就是说官府的"法律"和民间的"习惯法"一起佐证了房屋价格的真实性。
