日前,北京市工商局叫停"禁止自带酒水"等六种餐饮业"霸王条款",引发了对消费者权益保护的讨论热潮。北京市工商总局的这一措施在对于消费者权益的保护倾向上,是顺应促进社会公平正义的发展潮流,并且是有利于实现社会关系中的实质平等的。
