不同产地蒺藜药材中氨基酸成分比较分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立检测蒺藜氨基酸成分的高效液相色谱测定法,并比较不同产地的蒺藜药材中氨基酸的含量,为评价蒺藜药材的质量提供参考依据。方法柱前衍生化HPLC,应用色谱柱ELite-AAK;以乙腈-水(1∶1):4%醋酸钠缓冲盐为流动相,流速为1.2 mL/min,梯度洗脱,检测波长为360 nm,柱温为27℃。结果不同产地药材中,均含所检测的18种氨基酸,其中包括8种人体必需氨基酸,以河南产的必需氨基酸和总氨基酸含量为最高。结论以蒺藜药材中氨基酸的含量对其药材质量进行评价,具有一定的意义。 Objective To establish a measurement method by HPLC to determine and compare the content of amino acids in the tribulus terrestris herbs from different origins, provide a reference for the evaluation of the quality of the medicine herbs. Methods Pre-column derivatization HPLC, ELite-AAK column was used ; the mobile phase consisted of acetonitri le-water( 1:1 )-4% sodium acetate buffer, a flow rate was set at 1.2 mL/min with gradient elution, the wavelength was 360 nm, the column temperature was 27℃. Results The medicine herbs included all of the detec- tion of 18 amino acids,included 8 kinds of essential amino acids from different origins. The content of the highest essential amino acids and total amino acid was bought in Henan. Conclusion The contents of amino acid in the medicine materials for quality evaluation is feasible.
