摘要
绝热用模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料作为重要的保温隔热材料,已被广泛应用到我国的节能建筑工程中。然而由于其生产技术门槛较低,产品一直相对过剩,行业内偷工减料现象严重。近年来国内出现通过添加无机填料增重,制造伪劣聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料产品的现象,而我国现有国家标准中并没有对模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料中禁止掺入非原料物质做出相应的规定,对于该产品是否通过添加无机填料掺假也无相关的检验方法。针对以上问题,探讨了几种可行的检测方法,为无机填料增重模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料检测提供参考。
Moulded polystyrene foam board for thermal insulation, as a kind of important insulation material, has been widely used in building energy efficiency projects in China. However, manufacturing technique of polystyrene foam board is relatively easy, which results in surplus produce. Great deals of jer-ry products are manufactured to reduce cost of production. Recently, inorganic fillers are often used to in-crease the apparent density of polystyrene foam board and produce counterfeit and shoddy products. While no relative stipulations or testing methods has been established in national standards to forbid adding inor-ganic fillers into polystyrene foam board. According to these problems, several available testing methods are discussed, which can provide some references for the detecting of moulded polystyrene foam plastics weighted by inorganic filler.
