Necessity and Importance of Energy Audit to Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings

能源审计是国家政府近几年来推动节能工作的一项重要举措,开展能源审计工作,对于提高用能单位的能源管理水平,进一步节约能源、降低资源消耗、合理利用资源,进而降低用能单位的运营成本,具有重要的意义。在公共建筑能源审计工作过程中,从外围护结构、照明系统、室内环境温度、暖通空调、配电系统、楼宇自控系统等方面存在的问题进行了深入分析,并提出了一些科学化、合理化的建议,改善以及优化室内空气的气流组织、温度分布等,在不影响室内空气品质的前提下,达到节能的效果。

In recent years, energy audit was made as a more and more important approach of energy efficiency by Chinese government. To energy-consuming units, implementing energy auditing would be helpful to improve the management level, reduce energy or resource consumption further, and optimize en-ergy structure. And based on these, the operating costs of the units could be reduced significantly. This paper makes detailed analysis on the issues existing in the process of energy audit. These issues relate to systems and devices in buildings, including envelope construction, illuminating system, indoor environment temperature, HVAC system, power distribution, building automation, and so on. Suggestions of scientization and rationalization are presented to optimize distributions of airflow and temperature.
