The overall layout of Thaukyegat II hydropower project is introduced. The water diversion for power genera- tion system, the power station, the tail water channel, the transportation system outside and inside the station, and the drainage system in the station are discussed in details. Due to the complicated geological conditions, the station founda- tion is treated based on different circumstances.
