摘要 为研究经济型轿车传动轴布置的设计方法,以2轴式布置形式的传动轴为例,初定轴长,利用CATIA软件模拟传动轴实际工况下数模状态,并对各状态的固定节夹角和移动节滑移曲线进行校核,通过对各工况下数模间隙检查,识别风险部位。经校核:左右传动轴移动节滑移距离均满足滑移曲线要求,固定节最大夹角为42.24°(<45°),移动节最大夹角为13.76°(<23°),传动轴跳动过程中与周围部件最小间隙均大于10 mm,满足设计要求。设计及校核方法已经过多车型的实际验证,效果较好,对传动轴布置有一定指导意义。 In order to study the design method of driving shaft layout of economic car, taking a 2-shaft type driving shaft as an example, the initial length of driving shaft is determined, using CATIA software to simulate the driving shaft actual working conditions, at the same time to verify the slip curve under different conditions for the included angle of fixed joints and slip joints. Checking the clearance between mathematical models to identity risk area. After verification, slip distance between slip joints of left and right shaft meets the requirements of slip curve, the maximum included angle of fixed joint is 42.24°(〈45°), slip joints is 13.76° (〈23° ), the minimum clearance sun'ounding parts movement exceeds 10 mm, which meet the design requirements. It has proven that the design and verification method is available, the effect is better, this method has a great significance for designing driving shaft layout.
