摘要
基于集成应用inventor三维软件建立某数控插齿机中床身的三维模型,通过有限元分析软件abaqus建立某数控插齿机中床身动力学分析模型,并计算了中床身在固有频率下和交变切削载荷作用下的振形,分析中床身在实际工况下的振动结构最薄弱环节,并针对性提出合理有效的结构优化方案.
A dimensional model about the lathe bed of NC gear shaper was established based on the soft- ware of Inventor. By using the finite element analysis software abaqus, the dynamics analysis model of the lathe bed of NC gear shaper was established and the vibration under the inherent frequency and the action of alternating load was calculated. The weakest link in the lathe bed was also analyzed and the reasonable effective structure optimization scheme was finally proposed.
