摘要
以汽车发动机装配线物料随线设备的设计为例,以"积木式设计方法"为中心,以CAD/CAE为实现手段,对汽车行业非标准设备的设计方法作研究,总结规律及方法,旨在促进汽车行业非标设备国产化的进程。
At present non-standard equipments in China＇s automobile manufacturing industry have gradual- ly changed from the earlier introduction of foreign ones to localization. The paper took the automobile en-gine assembly line equipment materials design as an example, the “modular design approach” as the cen- ter, CAD / CAE as a means of achieving non-standard equipment, studied the automotive industry design methodology, summed up the regular patterns and methods aiming at promoting the process of localization of non-standard equipments in the automotive industry.
